About Me

My name is Natalie Rule, and I am a visual storyteller with a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Psychology from NYU with skills in all areas of production and photography. Studying journalism and psychology together brought to my attention how much people unconsciously influence each other. As digital media becomes the dominant source of storytelling, with film and television holding tremendous influence, I become more inspired by the potential of innovative visual stories to move communities and influence perspectives. I am an empathetic conversationalist and effective collaborator, endlessly curious about what makes a person unique. I seek to become a seasoned storyteller, able to portray depth and vulnerability whether through vast or beautifully mundane moments.

“As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others.”

Marianne Williamson
